o lingurita sare
o lingurita zahar

In apa calduta amestecam drojdia, zaharul si sarea.

Apoi punem si faina in ploaie, si framantam un aluat elastic si usor de modelat.

Se lasa la crescut timp de 30 de minute intr-un loc ferit de curent.

Eu l-am pus intr-un lighean tapetat cu faina, asa arata dupa 30 minute.

Se rupe cate o bucatica din aluat si se intinde o foaie cat de subtire se poate.

Lipiile se coc in tava de teflon fara ulei sau grasime.

Se fac foarte repede asa ca fiti cu ochii pe ele. Nu au iesit ele perfect rotunde, data viitoare o sa am grija sa iasa mult mai bine.

Mi-au iesit 8 lipii, am folosit doar 2 dintre ele restu le-am pun in punga de plastic si le-am bagat in congelator.

Umplutura:piept de pui (puteti folosi ce carne preferati)
castraveti murati
cartofi prajiti
varza
1 ceapa (noi mancam in salata si ceapa)
ketchup
maioneza
sare, piper

Carnea taiata bucatele se prajeste in 2 linguri de ulei, si se condimenteaza dupa gust.

Cartofi se prajesc in ulei incins.

Peste lipie se pun cartofi scursi bine de ulei, se adauga carnea.

Apoi se pun castraveti murati dupa gust.

Se pune salata de varza cu ceapa (sau fara).

Si la sfarsit se pune ketchup si maioneza dupa preferinta, se mai adauga sare, piper daca vreti mai condimentat.

Se ruleaza si se inveleste in folie de aluminiu.

Asa este Tartoras, sti sigur ce pui in ea, nu te trezesti ca Doamne fereste era ceva expirat, invatam sa facem cat mai multe acasa, si iese foarte gustos ca o condimentezi dupa placul tau.
Au iesit duper!!
